Cancellations & Returns

CAC Return Policy

  1. If you are unhappy with any purchase (not including final sale and/or discounted sale items) you have made on the CAC Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. website, we would be happy for you to return the product.
  2. To return the product, you must inform CAC Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. within 48 hours of receiving the product. You may do this by emailing us on online@cac.co.in or via the telephone 022-22013378.
  3. The product must then be returned to CAC Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. within 30 days.
  4. All products that are returned must be returned unused in their original packaging with all relevant price/care tags on the product.
  5. All goods returned will be inspected for usage and any damage by the customer. Returned goods found to be used will not be accepted by CAC Merchandising Pvt. Ltd.
  6. Once a returned product is accepted by us, CAC Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. will send you a coupon code with the equivalent store credit for you to use on our website in the future.
  7. The store credit is for the value of the goods returned only. We do not refund the courier and transport charges.
  8. The store credit is valid for a period of 30 days from the day of issue. If not used within 30 days, the store credit will lapse.
  9. Any product bought during a sale or where a discount has been given will be considered as a final sale product and cannot be returned. Exception mentioned in point no.5 of CAC return policy for damaged or defective goods.

CAC Return Policy for damaged or defective goods

  1. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must inform CAC Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. within 48 hours of receiving the product. You may do this by emailing us on online@cac.co.in or via the telephone 022-22013378.
  2. The product must then be returned to CAC Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. within 30 days.
  3. All products that are returned must be returned unused in their original packaging with all relevant price/care tags on the product.
  4. All goods returned will be inspected for usage and any damage by the customer. Returned goods found to be used will not be accepted by CAC Merchandising Pvt. Ltd.
  5. Items that are discounted or on sale and are damaged or defective are eligible for return. Please follow the same return procedure mentioned in points 1-4 for returns of any damaged or defective discounted or sale goods.

Cancellations

  1. CAC will accept changes to an order if it has not been shipped from the warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed.
  2. Goods that have been shipped from the warehouse cannot be cancelled.
  3. Goods that are ordered with no address and are for a pick up or special delivery where the client is arranging delivery need to be picked up/ dispatched from the CAC warehouse within 72 hours.
  4. CAC does not provide storage facilities for goods not picked up or dispatched in case of special arrangements being made by the client. In this case, we take no responsibility for sold goods past 7 working days of the goods being with CAC.
